KUT PLAST IWP
KUT PLAST IWP is a cholride - free waterproofing plasticising admixture which functions by forming an internal barrier against water penetration in concrete for production of reinforced concrete for structures subjected to high stress and where waterproof concrete and mortars are required.
KUT PLAST MF
KUT PLAST MF is a superplasticising concrete admixture based on melamine formaldehyde. It can be used to either produce flowing concrete or enable large water reductions to be made for the same workability. In addition, it has the advantage of producing very high early strengths and thus makes the material suitable for use in precast concrete applications and in areas where higher workability concrete and fast shutter stripping are required.
KUT PLAST SP 400
KUT PLAST SP 400 is a chloride free, Superplasticising admixture based on modified sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate. It is supplied as a brown solution which is instantly dispersible in water.
It also can provide very high level of water reduction and hence major increase in strength can be obtained coupled with good retention of workability to aid placement.
KUT PLAST PCE 600
KUT PLAST PCE 600 has been primarily developed for applications in the precast, light weight and airated concrete industries.
Super plasticizing action of KUT PLAST PCE 600 is different than conventional super plasticizers based on sulfonated melamine and naphthalene formaldehyde condensate, which create electrostatic repulsion of particles. KUT PLAST PCE 600 initially create the same electrostatic repulsion and further stabilizes the mixes due to static repulsion of long lateral chains linked to the polymer backbone

KUT EPOXY MORTOR FC
KUT EPOXY MORTAR FC is thixotropic solvent free,
two component based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and
thixotropic agents, specially formulated to meet a range
of service temperatures from 25°C to 60°C. The base
component is white coloured and the hardener is black to
facilitate ease of mixing.
KUT AQUA FILLPLUG
KUT AQUA FILLPLUG is supplied as a ready to use dry powder requiring only the addition of water to produce a rapid setting and hardening mortar for plugging and stopping water leaking through the concrete.
It is a blend of special cements, hydraulic cement and modifying agents to improve the bonding and waterproofing characteristics of this water plugging mortar.
It is a product free of chlorides. It is engineered to have low exothermal characteristic than most similar competitive products available in the local market.
KUT FAIRUNG COAT
KUT FAIRING COAT is a concrete-grey or off-white, single component mortar, based on a blend of portland cements, graded silica sands, water reducing agents and compatible water resistant polymers. The product is designed to give good adhesion and cohesion in plastic state and low water requirement resulting in low porosity and long durability.
KUT FAST CREET
KUT FASTCRETE is a fast setting concrete patching material composed of special cement, fine aggregate and selected plasticising admixture and fibers, requiring the addition of potable water only for mixing. It produces high early strength and achieves initial set in 20 to 30 minutes, and final set in 45 minutes. Repaired areas may be opened to traffic in 2 - 2:30 hours.
KUT OVERHEAD MORTOR
KUT OVERHEAD MORTAR is supplied as a ready to use dry powder requiring only the addition of water to produce a cohesive and easy to apply mortar.
KUT OVERHEAD MORTAR is a new technology polymer modified blend of Portland cement, selected graded sands, Microsilica, non-metallic special reinforcing fibres, light weight micro aggregates, water resistant polymer sand water reducing agents.
It is formulated for vertical and also overhead applications in outdoor and indoor repair works.

KUT EPOXY TILE GROUT
KUT TILE GROUT is based on portland cement, selected sands, special polymers, workability agents, hydrophobic additives and shrinkage compensating agents. It is available in white and a limited range of colours, other colours for special bulk orders by arrangement. The powder is mixed with water to produce an easily worked mortar with good filling properties, allowing joints to be completely filled in one operation. The completely cured grouts is resistance to fungal growth , weather resistant, non-shrink and has excellent water resistance and provides waterproof joints.
KUT TILE ADHESVE EG
KUT TILE ADHESIVE-EG is supplied as a ready to use one component white/grey powder requiring only the addition of water to produce a cohesive, sticky highly adhesive thin bed tile adhesive. KUT TILE ADHESIVE-EG powder is a blend of white & grey cement, selected fine sands, water reducing chemicals, special polymers, water retention agents to enhance workability and ease of application.
Available in two colors-White and Grey.

KUT GP GROUT
KUT GP GROUT is a pre-packed cementitious grout requiring only the addition of clean water to produce at the job site nonshrink multi-application grout.
It is a special and unique blend of cements, microsilica, graded sands, water reducing agents and special auxiliary chemical to deliver expansion in the plastic state to compensate for shrinkage.
KUT FLOW GOUT
KUT FLOW GROUT It is supplied as a ready to use powder which is a blend of cements, graded sand, microsilica and a blend of expansive agents. It requires only the addition of water to produce a high fluid - high strength non shrink grout.
is a unique product designed to give positive expansion in the plastic and early hardened states, producing a low porosity high durability material.
KUT EPOXY ANCHOR
KUT EPOXY ANCHOR is available in two grades, “NS” and “P”. Both grades are three component products consisting of Base, Hardener and Filler supplied in pre-measured quantities ready for mixing and use. After hardening, the anchorages give consistent reproducible values. Both grades of KUT EPOXY ANCHOR can be used for all anchoring applications, having proper dimensions of hole diameters and bolt sizes and type.

KUT EPOXYANCHOR “NS” is “non-sag” material and is used in overhead or horizontal holes. The thixotropic nature reduces flow of grout out of the hole.

KUT EPOXY ANCHOR “P” is a “Pourable” material and is used in holes made on the horizontal surfaces.
KUT INJECTOPOX
KUT INJECTOPOX is a two part, solvent-free, low viscosity low modulus epoxy resin system designed to form a strong permanent bond and seal in cracks in dry, damp or wet concrete and masonry. KUT INJECTOPOX is designed to be injected into cracks using suitable resin injection equipment. However it can be easily applied manually in horizontal application because of its low viscosity.
KUT EPOXY GROUT
KUT EPOXY GROUTS are solvent free epoxy resins with polyamine hardeners. The EPS and EPL grades additionally contain inert granular powdered fillers.
They are designed for gaps from 0.3 mm to 70 mm.

KUT ROOFLEX
KUT ROOFLEX is a flexible, elastomeric coating based on acrylic co-polymers. Applied as a liquid it cures to form a durable, protective, waterproof membrane.
It is applied by brush or roller to a thick highly durable coating. It can be applied on concrete asbestos, wood, brick/stone, tiles and textiles. It is a single component emulsion containing inert pigments and has a brushable consistency.
KUT AQUA SHIELD
KUT AQUASHIELD is a two component product consisting of Part “A” cementitious powder and Part “B” a blend of liquid acrylic latex copolymers. Both products Part “A” and Part “B” are mixed at the job site and applied with a brush, roller or squeegee. During application a fiberglass mat may be embedded within the wet cementitious mix to provide reinforcement.

KUT EPOXY COATING “EWB” is a high performance water based epoxy paint, suitable for application to most surface. It can be used as a wearing, waterproof weatherproof surface. The facility to be applied to wet or dry surfaces combined with a wide variety of uses provides an almost limitless range of situations where it can be used. It is a two component material supplied in pre-weighed quantities ready for mixing and use. It is available as clear, matt and a limited range of colours. White and light colours tend to yellow.

KUT FLOOR UNDERLAY
KUT FLOOR UNDERLAY is a blend of specially selected cements, graded aggregates, synthetic polymers .and workability aids. It is supplied as a dry powder requiring only, the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self levelling smoothing coat, which can be laid to a feather edge. When thickness greater than 10mm are required, washed concrete sand can be added in equal proportions (if sand is added the product becomes trowellable and is no longer self levelling).
KUT FLOOR SL
KUT FLOOR SL is a two pack solvent free epoxy system consisting of base and hardner. Hard wearing aggregates for non-skid application and graded inert fillers for self leveling screed applications are provided separately for use in KUT FLOOR SL system. It can be applied from thickness of 1 mm upto 10mm depending on the procedure adopted. It is available in a range of colours.
KUT FLOOR COATING GP SF
KUT FLOOR COATING GP SF is a solvent free system based on epoxy resins and curing agents specially selected for their ability to withstand chemical attack. The system consists of pre-weighed base and hardener components and colour pack, all of which contain reactive elements that are essential to the installation of the system.

KUT THIOSEAL 227
KUT THIOSEAL 227 is a two component joint sealant based on a high quality liquid polysulpfide polymer. The
cured sealant is a tough rubber like seal exhibiting excellent adhesion to most surfaces including concrete, glass, aluminium, stainless steel etc., with the use of appropriate primers. KUT THIOSEAL 227 is available in two grades:
1- Gun Grade: This is ideal for general application on vertical and horizontal surfaces. This is available in a
small range of colours.
2- Pouring Grade: This is for application for joints in horizontal surfaces and is available in grey colour only.

KUT WB CURE
KUT CURE WB is a white, low viscosity wax emulsion which incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a non penetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. The membrane once formed is designed to degrade (via a photo initiator in the clear formulation) when exposed to ultra violet light over a period of time depending on conditions of exposure.
